Critical: Professionalism, QualityRude and unprofessional. The menu of options online is confusing and doesn’t explain what each name of a haircut entails. I wanted a cut with a high fade was told he couldn’t do that. Picked a gentlemans cut. Having to go to another shop to get a proper cut now because this one looks awful. I do not recommend. I attempted to have the original barber fix his mistakes, but once the money exchanged hands, he did not respond to any request to stand by his work. Ultimately, it was necessary to visit a competitor to have my hair cut evenly, as I had originally requested.
