I have to agree with some of the other comments in the reviews. I went there to get box braids, and have been there about five or six times prior. They were always slightly rude however I never had a problem with my hair until this time. They did not give me the $250 length. However by the time I realized it my hair was mostly done and I knew that I would still have to pay. They are also not conscious of how they handle your hair and when braiding they move your head from side to side roughly. I strongly considered calling the owner to let her know but I know that nothing would be done, so I decided to make it known in a review.I do not recommend this hair braiding establishment.

This is my usual place to get my hair braided and they did a good job, but the employees are just rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there and braid hair, and that vibe passed to me and I wanted to hurry up and get out of there. Not mention they talk loud n when people talk loud while braiding your hair it’s right in your ear n spit flies. N they use dirty brush hairdryers that have other people hair in it. I stopped coming here for years after I went natural but I’m in a time in my life where I need low maintenance hairstyles now, but not to receive rude n cold service with it. I hope this’ll be my last time coming. Honestly, there are better places to spend your time n well earned money. ♀️

Fast and quick service. Call the same day and was able to get service! Wasn’t okay with the debating of trying to get me to go longer so they can go up on the price. Great experience! I had my hair braided yesterday. I always had long Curly hair but lost it due to cancer treatments. It was quite the experience since I don’t speak or understand African languages. But I was treated very well, the ladies where all very friendly and my braids turned out awesome. Very satisfied! I enjoyed seeing all the woman coming in and leaving with artwork hair, it was beautiful all of them. Thank you Kine and Anthea? I am sorry I probably spell it not right.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. I always have Jay braid my hair, and they work with you to fit you in. I have never been turned away and have used their service over 5 years. If you don’t have time to do your hair or you’re always running late in the morning doing your hair, I would recommend braiding. There’s no hair too small or too long. They are friendly and very helpful. The only thing I dislike is when they speak in their own language. It makes you feel uncomfortable, but as long as they do a good job, the language doesn’t matter too much. It would be nice to offer long-standing clients a discount once in a while, but business is business.

Long story short for my birthday hair I paid $250 for a style I did NOT want from the style of braids to the length to the color etc. And to add insult to injury I called and made an appointment a few days in advance explaining what kind of hair style I wanted and all just for me to get there and they didn’t do it simply cause they didn’t want to it was going to “make their hands hurt”. Mind you again this was my hair style for my birthday so I had absolutely no time to go anywhere else to get what it was I thought I was going to be getting when I went here. First and last time going to this location. Should’ve said when I called they didn’t wanna do the style I requested but they waited till I got there to do what they wanted to do to my hair and over charge me for it. HORRIBLE experience

I’m not sure this is still a business. I made an appointment yesterday for 12.she got my name and phone #told me a rice and said to send I a of styles I had questions about. But never responded to any of the msgs . The number didn’t match the one listed on Facebook so I asked if I had the right place again no response.
