I will never go to this place again. They change the price after she was almost done. It to almost 5 hours for just the top because the girl had to bottle feed her 3 year old daughter. Walk her around. She would tie the chid on her back , walk around. It was very unprofessional. The mom stretched out on the sofa with a phone on both ears talking loud. Then some guy started braiding my hair. Smh never again. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

All I can say is NEVER again. They destroyed my natural hair. I have spent the last 20 months growing out my natural hair and they destroyed it! The lady took a super hot blow dryer to my hair and did not apply a heat protectant and then proceeded to comb my natural hair from the roots with a fine tooth comb! I quickly asked her to stop and she kept going basically burning my scalp and hair. I basically got up and was about to walk out of the shop and then the lady said okay and grabbed a wider tooth comb. Unbelievable!

Very unprofessional. They couldn’t do a four braid hairstyle that my daughter wanted. The owner called three of her workers to the shop and neither of them could do the hairstyle. Finally, I just told her to do four braids to the back so we could leave. While their another client was complaining, because she requested two Goddess braids and they didn’t do them correctly. They put all of this nasty gel all over my daughter’s hair. I will never do business with them again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Was my first time coming to these braiders. I usually go to the other African hair braiding place in Anderson, but I needed a Sunday appointment so I came here. I was greeted with a smile and a hug when I came in the shop ( had 9am appt, got there a 8:45 and they were ready; that’s important to me because at the other braiding place I was there before them….. last time they came in 15 minutes after my appt time). The lady braiding my hair was really sweet and gentle didn’t hurt one bit. I got small box braids mid back length and it only took a little over 6 hours ( I have a BIG head Lol). There were 4 braiders there and they all seem to get along great, I could tell they enjoy working with each other. They didn’t hesitate to help each other. I’m very satisfied with my braids. They are by far the neatest braids I’ve had, all the same size and length. I would recommend this place.

They were nice but this tacky wack ass braiding they did to my hair is awful. They talked the hold time i was there and one of the ladies act as if she was cramping. I spent 200 bucks on this bullshit but like the other lady said you live and you learn. Can’t wait to get back to Georgia. You ladies need to close down.

They, braided my scalp.. they tortured me for 4 hours and wouldn’t let me up,I had to tell them to put on their mask.. they talked the whole time..I paid them $180.00 I asked for big boxed braids.. they didn’t do nothing that I asked them to do I was in cruciating pain.. and they had the nerve to ask me to give them a ride home!when I got home I had to take it out because I know that I couldn’t sleep my head was hurting so bad my eyes was red I would never recommend nobody to go to them witches anymore!
