They tried to use items that were previously used on others until I said something. They rubbed lotion on my legs but there was no foot massage done. Decided to give this place a try because there was no wait and my appointment at stone nails got pushed back. Will not come back. They tried to use items that were previously used on others until I said something. They rubbed lotion on my legs but there was no foot massage done. I tried to give this place a chance because the guy does a good job doing my nails-but his biggest mistake is when he lets his wife paint the customer’s nails. They need to hire someone that can paint nails or they will continue to lose customers. Extremely pissed off today, my nails look horrible. I will not be returning!

I should have thought it was a bad sign,when no one answered the phone ever 3x!I read the reviews but figured how bad could it be,my reg Techs(3DNails) were away and I needed a Gel fill! The older Male owner did my nails,had the drill on full blast and asked could he turn it down?He said No, he had to keep it that high!He preceded to use a brush that had caked ,hardened product and started putting it on my nails packing it on it was streaked and lumpy now I know they have to file down but it’s usually pretty smooth.He asked me was it ok I said well u are going to file it down ?.Well he laid in to me the rudest person in a business!saying “Why did u come here,go somewhere else we dont want any new customers!Pulled his plaque off the wall that said he has been doing nails since 91! And my nails were flat and misshapen! I am the customer and should be able to say what I like! The polish was lumpy,and dont be fooled by the$22 Gel Fill,doesnt include the polish!Dont waste ur money!!Could have done better myself!!
