Beware! I wasn’t aware that this company had a no refund policy. I had three treatments scheduled but after my second treatment I was informed that the nurse pricked herself with a needle after cleaning up and they needed me to go in for blood testing to confirm I was disease free. During the treatment the nurse was shaking and jittery from too many energy drinks after already working a 12 hour shift. I didn’t feel comfortable going to the next appointment and I also had a family emergency and needed to leave the state and then the pandemic happened . I have tried getting a refund and they offered me my choice of other services but I do not trust them and now I am out $1400. Furthermore they only credited my account $600 that leaves me $800 short of what I paid.

I went in for laser tattoo removal. I have a small ring finger tattoo I’m wanting to remove. After two treatments and paying $250 each time a total of $500 there has been NO change to the tattoo and it’s still the same as when I first went in. I was told that the tattoo would be gone after 2 to 6 treatments but most likely it would not take the full 6 due to it being smaller in size. One would think that after 2 treatments there would be a change but there is NO change. I’m very disappointed and can’t afford to return if I’m not any noticeable changes. If changes were being seen then I would not mind paying the $250 for treatment because I really want and need this tattoo gone. I really wanted to see positive changes because the staff at this place are so friendly and I really liked it there.

Don’t go here. For one, I was never told there wasn’t any refund… after finding out I couldn’t have anything done to my face for a year or so due to a illness, I was then told there’s no refund. I didn’t sign any paper saying I agreed to that. So a open fraud case is open. DONT go here!!
