Don’t go this place, specially Botox, went there twice, worse experience I got, Kelly and Sydney’er friendly, only deal with customers but finally gave filling in the water in (Botox,) if you don’t trust me try it yourself, you’ll see what I’m talking about, why I post this? I’ve had problems with shaving for years, due to me being very hairy and having to shave constantly. This caused me to have terrible ingrown hairs and razor burns. When I went to Advanced Medical Spa for laser treatments all my dreams came true. After having only 6 treatments I almost never have to shave and if I don’t for a long period of time you can barely tell because my hairs have become so sparse and thin. I know longer get razor burn or ingrown hairs. The results are amazing. The people there are very nice and always want to make sure you’re comfortable! I couldn’t be happier with my results! I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

I’ve been going to them for laser hair removal which I love the results. They just can’t retain their staff . The first person I had I really didn’t care for. I asked for someone else. Unfortunately I don’t remember the next girls name but she was amazing !! Great place. Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. I love this place so much. I started going here for facials and microdermabrasion over the summer for my acne prone skin. My skin has improved so much! Was on accutane for a year or so… acne did improve but then started to get bad again a while after discontinuing the pills, so I started getting microdermabrasion done every month. My scars are almost nonexistent. They offer discounts if you purchase 3 microdermabrasion sessions at one time.

I got a deal on laser hair removal. For one of my appointments, I was five minutes late and Joanie Buckmaster would not take me. I offered to stay after the last appointment but she still said she couldn’t take me. I called the manager to complain. She apologized However, instead of offering me a discount or something to compensate me for traveling unnecessarily, she simply told me that Joanie isn’t a team player and told me I should come back to see a different person. I found this pretty unprofessional.
