Karen is a talented colorist and stylist. I have loved my hair since the day she got her hands on it! Equally important is the experience I have had with her and her team. She sets the tone for a happy and fun environment so that every time I am there I am uplifted and leave feeling beautiful. The rapport they have with each other and their clients makes the whole experience and my whole day positive. She has been incredibly accommodating to my schedule and was understanding even when unplanned snafus caused schedule changes.
