Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was the worst experience Ive ever had. Got a piercing done with my sister and they got infected right after getting them done. Was told that we could come back and get a bigger bar for our piercing and when we did was charged. Not cool to be told this by the owner. Been trying for days to contact her and she wont call back. I would not go there for a piercing because she does not care about her clients. Will be contact the health department because she is not sanitizing things properly. I am a man and have never waxed anything, so I was very nervous going in but Kasandra treated me very professionally and as gentle as you could reasonably expect given the circumstances. While I am by no means speaking from experience, I cannot imagine having things go any better elsewhere. I don’t believe that this area has many places offering swim suit area waxing for men and I was very happy with the results.
