These ladies are amazing. I called a few days ago very upset because another salon had been so rude to me after they’d butchered my hair, and I wanted to see if anyone could clean up the haircut a bit while it grew out. Christin said she’d be happy to take a look and try, and she squeezed me in right away before her next client. She listened to what I wanted originally, and then she talked me through how she would have done it, and what she could do to fix things in the short term. She and Colby were so nice to me, they let me vent, gave me recommendations of stuff to do nearby (I’m new to the area), and my haircut is at least clean and presentable now so I can go out in public. I will definitely be back when it grows out so I can get a fresh cut from Christin.

All I can say is Chrissy is a very professional stylist who cares about her business. Every time I am there I hear about all the things she is doing to grow her business and offer more than just hair care. I know some people have had different experiences, but I have been going for two years and I always have a hard time finding someone good. All I know is my experience is always amazing and I wouldn’t let anyone but her do my hair. They also do my daughters balayage and it always looks soooo good. I would post pics but I don’t think that is an option. Added Touch is great and they are also very reasonable.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this salon. I got a rather quick appointment for a service I was never told was not obtainable. I sent inspiration photos of a dark red color. I told them my hair was very long and thick. My hair was stripped of a dark brown and not enough product was used to strip the color. The underneath of my hair is still a muddy brown. My roots are bright orange and there are streaks and lines throughout. My hair cut was done in a method I’ve never seen before that created one length with choppy uneven lines. At no point did anyone voice concern about the color until the very end. During the appointment there was barely any communication or updates, it was very awkward. At one point the stylist stopped doing my hair and the owner took over. They seemed rushed and frustrated. The owner told the stylist pretty much step by step what to do. The owner told the stylist the color stripping didn’t need to sit for the entire time. My hair is ruined and I need to get it fixed elsewhere. She would only refund me 50%. She then stopped responding to me. The owner was rude, defensive and unprofessional. She offered to fix it for me but I didn’t want them to touch my hair anymore and I will never return. Pictures to show. My hair was a dark brown before and I regret going to this salon entirely.

I had the pleasure of visiting Added Touch Salon for the very first time with my granddaughters. We had reserved a time for three manicures and pedicures. I was so impressed! Three technicians worked with us and gave their undivided attention from start to finish. They were friendly, fun and so kind! The atmosphere was very pleasant and upbeat. I will definitely go back.

First time going to Added Touch Salon, and the last. I Made an apt for a hair cut. The day of arrival the girl checked me in, went to my chair… and all of the hair from the previous customer was still all over the floor around the chair. I have never seen this before anywhere. Second, I was in the chair less than ten minutes.

I will always recommend Chrissy and Added Touch to anyone in need of a haircut. I have been going here since she opened and my haircut is always great! She even has allowed me to change my appointment last minute due to my crazy work schedule and always is willing to accommodate when she can! 5-stars!

She was very knowledgeable with the skin care products and talked me through what she was using and why. Since it was my first facial ever, I was a tad nervous as I had no clue what to expect, though very excited. Gweneth helped me feel at ease, she was calming, and concerned about my my experience. I asked if people fell asleep during the facial, she said, “All the time and it is the highest compliment” While I did not fall asleep, my eyes were shut the whole time and I felt very at ease with the surroundings. At the end my face felt amazing and ridiculously smooth! I will likely be booking another in the future.
