I went one Friday after work. They were busy and asked if I could come back later. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning When doing my nails the guy said I should make an appointment next time. I said it was not a big deal because I live close by. He said they feel bad when they can’t accommodate people. I guess I understand but their business cards say walk ins welcome. Also they always seem in such a hurry. And my nails are always uneven and different lengths. I have decided to try somewhere else.

Would honestly give zero stars if I could. They were extremely rude. I made an appointment for me and a friend and her mom and sister. They all got spots back right away and I was fine with that. I understood it might be a little bit of a wait since there were four of us, however 3 other people came in while I was still waiting and got seated right away. When I was finally seated it was probably an hour after I got there. I sat down immediately after my friend and the women started on my nails without cleaning down any surfaces or equipment. She was super rough with my nails to the point where they still feel bruised hours after. My nails are super thick. Super uneven and not even close to what I asked for. She told me several times to do gel instead and I kept telling her acrylic and kept asking her to fix certain things. She would sigh loudly and proceed to aggresivley file my nails down even more unevenly. She ended up charge me 5 extra dollars just to shave down the sides. My friend wanted a gel set and the woman said okay sounds good. She instead got an acrylic set gel polish and was over charged for a gel set she didnt even get. I have never had an experience anything like this at a nail salon in my life.

When I sat down I was immediately regretting my decision of coming here because of their poor selection of polish. The lady begins to put false tips on my nails. She asked me how long I would like them, and I told her a little bit longer because I would like the coffin shape. She then told me that it was $5 dollars extra for a longer nail. ARE YOU JOKING ME RIGHT NOW? I told her that she needed to have that posted somewhere in the salon, and not just make up additional charges for whatever she would like. She was rude to me the rest of the time that I was there. At the end of my experience I go to check out. $35 for a full set with gel polish… $5 dollars extra for my long nails…. but somehow my total was $42? I decided to keep my mouth shut about it, and just simply leave a review. I would NEVER recommend this place, and I will NOT return.

Absolute Nails is ABSOLUTELY the BEST! They are professional, customer-focused and know their craft. My finger and toe nails have never been so healthy. I have had retail clerks & medical professionals comment on them!!! Great gift to myself

I went and had a dip manicure. The manicure was ok at best…. They didn’t have me wash my hands, they filed down the bed of my my right pinky nail so thin it is super sore, they don’t have my wash my hands before doing the dip…. The dip is different than any other place I’ve been. No UV bulb is used and you have to sit and wait for it to air dry. Then not even 24 hours later my nails started to chip, all 10 of them I called and told them what happened and when I went in to have them fixed, the lady was rude to me the whole time. I was really disappointed because I was hoping I could have had a place close to home to go.

Would give zero stars if I could. My daughter and I went here and were told 20 minute wait. We waited almost 40 minutes and I was up then another 25 minutes before my daughter got called. The older guy that did my nails was mean. He kept yanking my hand and twisting it. Never once did he talk to me. My daughter was almost finished before I was. My nails are uneven and way too think. It should not take 2 1/2 hrs for a set of crappy nails. I could have done better myself. Too expensive for the quality or lack there of.
