Love Charlie! She was honest with me about what to expect with my hair color, explained how long the process would take, and how much it would cost to achieve the look I was going for. More importantly is what she wasn’t willing to do. She was NOT willing to compromise the integrity of my hair to make a quick buck. I have another appt. already set up and can’t wait.

I came here for a spray tan and the girl who helped set up my appointment and show me how to work the machine was quiet but friendly and did nothing wrong but I could not hear the machine so I messed up my spray tan. (my fault) (first time getting a spray tan) I come out and said I messed up and the blonde lady at the desk had a straight face, made it seem like she didn’t care that I messed up my spray tan. I did not feel welcomed at all. Would rather much get a refund then come back to this place.
