I have been going to Stephanie, once a week, for 10 years. I’m vary active.. work out daily, lots of outdoor sports, etc. She has helped work out so many aches / pains from being active and all the fun things that come along with repetitive motion. I can honestly say that I have avoided surgery because of her knowledge and techniques.

When I first was told I “had to see Stephanie” to get relief of my nerve pain in my neck, arms, shoulder, and thorasic spine area, her space was in Valparaiso. She has recently moved to Wanatah. Honestly, I would follow Stephanie anywhere! The drive from my location added 1 minute od drive time! THAT’S ALL…so don’t let her location deter you from giving her a try. In fact, the drive to the west side of Valpo is shorter from this new location than the other.

Had the pleasure of a reike session with Stephanie. Very nice studio and we discussed what massage I wanted done. She talked alittle about reiki before we got started. Massage was great and relaxed me to were she had to wake me after. Next 2 to 3 days were feeling the advantages of reiki. Would recommend Above The Bones Massage to anyone. Planning on many more sessions in the futur.
