Very pricey but nice pleasant atmosphere..I had a Russian technician she was very polite held great conversation and did a great job with doing everything I asked for. I tipped her well because of it. The only reason they get a 3 star instead of a 5 star is because they don’t provide a drying station for your nails to dry. If your going to be upscale you have to provide a drying station and wine would be a great extra incentive on top of the price!! When I go back I will ask for the same nail technician again and bring my own wine if it’s allowed…

I had a cut and highlights done by Jacqueline Ballah today and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. Not only was Jacqueline professional and thorough, she was very personable. And my hair! It turned out amazing. She is a top notch colorist and stylist. I will definitely be returning and I won’t hesitate to recommend Jacqueline to anyone who is looking for quality hair services.

My massage experience was not a good one. The massage tech didn’t seem knowledgeable in the technique’s. The pressure was very soft even after i told her i would like medium pressure. It felt rushed and just like someone was simply rubbing me. I was not greeted at the door after my massage was finished nor was i offered water. When i checked out the receptionist asked me how was my massage and i told her i didn’t have a good experience. She replied with “I’m sorry “ your total will be $108 and would i like to add gratuity. She didn’t ask me why i felt the way i did or even offer a remedy. Very poor customer service! I won’t be back to this location.

Very clean & professional place. Easy to get an appointment. Lilly and Desi are the 2 hairstylist that I use for haircuts & I recommend them to everyone. They run on time with appts so, your not sitting in the salon for hrs, they are very friendly and they give me just the look I want. I’m never unsatisfied with the haircut and style.

REQUEST JACQUELINE!! I randomnly booked an appointment and the powers at be blessed me with her. I had a fantastic experience. (I will take a better pic later and edit this post) bc she did such an amazing job. Her vibe was so warm and welcoming, she made me feel at ease almost immediately. After talking with her about the kind of look I was going for, I ended up telling her to take the reigns and thank god she is as talented as she is lol! I would recommend her to my family and friends so you should ask for her bc I promise you won’t be disappointed!

My hair turned out great. However, the staff is very snobby. I felt very uncomfortable. I drove from Lancaster to get my hair done, but I won’t be back. I found out that the staff in the other locations are much friendlier. I now go to the Timonium salon.
