I’ve had chronic low back pain for years. I stepped wrong and really tweaked my back. I was able to make an online appt the next day to get in with Kevin for a CBD massage. Kevin was awesome! Received a most thoughtful gift of a FULL SPA DAY! Everything was fantastic and made me feel like a Hollywood star! Erica V did my hair and makeup, Stella did my deep tissue massage, Margaret did my mani/pedi, and Tammy did my facial. Food from Backstreet Grill was perfection! Every9ne was so kind, fun, and great with me! 10/10 definitely coming back!

We got the almost heaven spa day package..it was ALMOST HELL..they have no respect for peoples time or money..they didn’t even offer me water..they have no spa water or green tea that other spas offer..there is no “complimentary” lunch for which I’m sure the price was already included in the package..the masseuse was 45 mins late and did not consider my requests/problem areas.. the mani pedi was 30 min late..ended up spending a whole 8 hours of my Saturday at the spa and came out STRESSED DEHYDRATED and HANGRY!! Do not recommend and will never go back…

We’ll, after I made an appointment last month, they changed what I wanted to do on my hair and they put me with someone that don’t do any highlights. When ask to fixed the problem, they went an say that they could do my cut today, but highlight tomorrow. So after I took time to do this out of my schedule, they wanted me to waste 2 days of my weekend. This is absolutely ridiculous am disgusted by this.
