I had a curly cut 2 months ago I believe. It takes a lot for someone to do a big chop and being that I never gotten my hair cut by Aaron I was nervous. However, he was very talkative, clean and informative with his techniques and products, it was an awesome experience. To add, it takes about 3 weeks for me to get a feel for how comfortable I am with my cut etc and I wasn’t happy or felt confident with my new hair cut. I asked for layers because my hair is so thick and curly that the weight of it made my roots straight. And it looked like he had just taken off my length. SO, I reached out to him via Instagram very afraid of how he would respond and he actually was very receptive of my message i was trying to get across and he offered to take another look at it, if I was comfortable with that and I allowed him to. He fixed my hair and did a very nice treatment on it and I am so appreciative of his customer service and willingness to meet my expectation!
