Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot a brand new set here for my birthday and the woman who did my nails applied mu holographic coat patchy , they charged me 30$ to fix her mistakes . Cut to not even two weeks later all of my nails are popping off like press on nails . To top it off as I’m getting my nails done two customers came in complaining of the same issue and were rudely dismissed. I stopped in to see if they possible could fix this poor installment, as I have been getting my nails done for many years and have never had them lift off before a fill ! Then I got fed the excuse that ‘nails do that when you need a fill’ SO PROFESSIONAL ! This was a brand new set put on with cheap wish products and poor work . Use to love this shop but management and quality is poor . Find another shop and save yourself the trouble ! Got a brand new set here for my birthday and the woman who did my nails applied mu holographic coat patchy , they charged me 30$ to fix her mistakes . Cut to not even two weeks later all of my nails are popping off like press on nails . Critical: ProfessionalismI went for my pedicure for the first time at this place and I will never go back. That’s how come there wasn’t that many clients. I don’t know if the older lady was tired but I was truly disappointed. I asked for her to file with the little drill and she was talking her way out of it. I asked for French tip pedicure and she asked me 2 times if I didn’t want another color. Then I said, ok fine, the number 33 regular no gel. Then she still asked me to pick another color. Then she said that it’s ok the color is not too dry. Really?!?! Meanwhile she kept hurt my nails with the cuticle remover and she was so careless scratching my legs with the little tool. Then I gave her my money because it’s cash only and she kept the rest and then acted like oh I forgot to give your change back.
