Initially I had went to a sports clips to get my undercut done and when I asked them to do bangs they totally messed it up. They were way too short and weren’t blended. I AM SO HAPPY I STOPPED HERE!! They completely fixed my bangs like it was perfect. I don’t know how she did it but they turned out great dispite being cut wrong somewhere else.

If you look I never review. It has to be extremely bad or so awesome it blows my mind. Wanted to cry when I finally got to my car. My daughter’s first haircut in her life (she’s 7). Her hair was well below her butt. I showed pictures of long bob with layers in pictures of the same girl the three angles front, back and side. She had enough hair to donate to Locks of Love. They gave my daughter a blunt cut to her shoulders. The length was at least perfect. My cut I wanted a trim to get the rest of the dead ends off. Two inches fine I can spare two inches for healthy hair. It’s been 4-5 years since my last professional cut. Since then I’ve been cutting my own. I’m ok at trimming and giving myself bangs but I thought what the heck I need a good trim and I don’t think they can screw up long bangs that cover my eyes and blend to shape my face. It’s something I can do easily. Good lord was I wrong not only did she trim them to well above my brows. And mind you she cut at least 8 inches so she had plenty of length. She could’ve trimmed left it a little long and asked if I wanted more off. It’s what I do with my customers. I tell them I can always cut more off can’t glue it back on. But there was no shape around my face it was a blunt bang cut straight across my forehead. No way for me to fixe it. She even layered my bangs. The pictures I showed her were pictures of me with the bangs and shape I wanted. She did what she wanted to do. I just needed to get out of there. I didn’t realize how short they were without my glasses till I got to the car. I wanted to freaking cry.

Worst experience ever that if could give them 0 stars I would. I’m usually not picky when it comes to just getting a trim. I can deal with people messing up because hair will always grow back. But the way my hair was “trimmed” was more then just a mistake. It’s uneven everywhere and she went so short that I will basically have to cut it all off to fix it. I didn’t ask for them to fix it because the way my hair looked I would rather not take chances of them messing it up even more. Not sure if the other lady that was there was the manager or not but by her lack of professionalism the whole time I was there I doubt she would have resolved anything.

I DON’T recommend this place for young children and teenagers at all.On Oct 27 2016 I took my 3 boys to get a hair cut. An older woman told us to wait which we stayed 25 minutes. Then my youngest son was the first one to be cut. He showed her how he wanted to be cut. When she cut his back side of his hair he told her not to make it shorter which she didn’t want to listen and keep cutting his hair. His tears were rolling on hs face. She didn’t care and didn’t Comfort him at all. She keeps cutting. The woman whom I heard her laughing and talking with the previous customer, didn’t want to say a word to comfort my child or explain why she did so. My second son keeps asking me to leave. Once I was tgere I didn’t want to go to other place. I tried to be nice and let her understand what the kids want.
