Don’t do it, you’ll regret it! After doing some online research, it looks like my experience is pretty common, almost to a T! Scheduled online with Jessica and was required to pay AND tip at that time. (What a fool I am!) Had an appointment scheduled but she canceled a few hours before. We rescheduled less than 2 days later. She did not show up, did not answer my phone calls, or respond to my texts at all. Been trying to reach her for a week now. No response. I’ve inquired several times about refunding my money. I just want my money back, that is all.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBEWARE!! Not sure if this is a legit business or a scam artist. I booked and pre-paid for a massage and similar to another recent review, had my appointment canceled by ‘Jessica’ twice. The 2nd time, I was offered either a refund or a reschedule plus credit to towards another massage but not knowing my schedule, I asked for a refund….and that was the last I ever heard from Jessica. I have texted the number I was contacted from a couple of times asking for an update (and being polite) and never heard anything back. Tried calling during business hours and got a “the person you are calling cannot take calls at this time” so assuming at this point that I am out my $90. BEWARE!! Not sure if this is a legit business or a scam artist. I booked and pre-paid for a massage and similar to another recent review, had my appointment canceled by ‘Jessica’ twice. Jessica is wonderful. Her hands are impossibly warm and she sincerely seeks to accommodate your needs, whether a relaxation rub-down or a focused deep tissue massage. She has been a savior for me in addressing and tending to the muscles causing me tension headaches. Do yourself a kindness and book a massage with her…you won’t regret it!

As the other two comments left, I had the same experience. Booked a massage and pre paid with tip only to have her cancel on me twice. I asked for a refund but never got it. And there has been no communication since. Do not fall for this scam.

Jessica is absolutely amazing! I almost didn’t write this review because I want to keep her all to myself haha but she really deserves all the praise! If you are looking for a skilled, patient, and effective massage therapist who genuinely wants to help you feel better, you’ve found the one!

Everything about my previous review is still true, but this place has become even better over the years! First, she uses coconut oil instead of lotion, so when you leave you don’t feel all greasy. Second, she’s changed the rooms she uses in the building. The new room faces away from the street, so you don’t hear the traffic noise quite as much as you could previously, plus this room has an attached private bathroom which makes putting yourself back together after your rubdown a little easier.
