This salon was exactly what we needed in every way and went above and beyond for us. Due to some last minute schedule and plan changes that occurred, we had a small bridal party in need of some manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding and even though we knew it was a long shot and there was no guarantee that they had any availability, let alone for a bridal party, we called that morning to see if a miracle might be arranged. Truly they did perform miracles for us. Not only did they last minute fit us all in together, every staff member was kind, courteous, professional and did an amazing job on all of our nails. They were under absolutely no obligation to slide us into their schedule for the day, but they did and delivered impeccable nails, massages and a relaxing time. Thank you so much, to each and every staff member that took care of us. Their location was also gorgeous, clean, soothing and we were in and out of there in just over 2 hours. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

We had a bridal party and had struggled to find somewhere to accommodate our larger group and happened to call and was told to come right in! The ladies were wonderful! They treated us exceptionally well, and rolled along with the craziness of our group LOL All of out manicures and pedicures came out very well, a nice relaxing break in the craziness of wedding prep! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of being a model for a free 24 carat hydrating facial this morning. It was amazing! Deanna explained the procedure and Brianna worked her magic. My face felt so great after it was done. It was very relaxing and felt amazing. This 50 minute session, I received a proper skin care regimen that will cleanse away impurities, exfoliate dead skin cells, and hydrate and nourish the newly revealed skin cells. I highly recommend it.

Very unorganized. They had my mom, my sister, and my services down wrong. My mom got an eyelash lift and they didn’t even lift, she even went with the “dramatic” option. The owner was also rude. I was explaining about my acne medicine I am on and that under my eyebrows get very dry due to it and her response was “why are you putting your medicine under your eyebrows? You shouldn’t be doing that.” I proceeded to explain to her that I use it on my forehead (where my acne was) and that it just dries everything out. She then says “Oh so it magically makes its way down there.” I would like to say that Brianna was very pleasant though.

First, the girls doing the pedi for our girls were talking a lot and it took them so long to finish . During this time one of them were making very rude comments about one of the girls feet condition and it was very upsetting to hear. The quality on pedicure was not good either. Since it took so long one of our girls couldn’t get manicure as planned and other got a very bad quality manicure. Because providers were slow manager told our girls they cannot get massage together and was rushing them through the whole service. After our massage my friend was literally attacked by the manager pushing her to sit down and start her pedicure service. I dont want to go into the details but the whole manager’s behavior was super unwelcoming . So we got two rude service providers and all our nails got done poorly. I think my 6 years old can do it better. Very disappointed with the experience I had today. I had called earlier in the week to book pedicures for my mother in law and I for her birthday and was told, today, June 4th at 1pm. My credit card information was taken at the time of the call to, I assume, hold the appointment. When we arrived today, 10 minutes before the appointment, I was shocked to be told that I wasn’t in the system for today but instead next Saturday at 10:30 am. Not even close. The girls at the front desk did apologize and offer to reschedule but no available times worked for us. I was surprised to learn via other google reviews that this is seemingly not the first time this has happened. I can appreciate staffing issues and new people but at what point is somebody experienced out in charge of scheduling to avoid this issue. I’m disappointed that nobody tried to rectify this besides sorry we can do “x” date, no offer of discounted services or offering a manager to speak to. Regardless, we will not be visiting here again, I’m already on a wait list for another, higher regarded spa.
