Booked an appointment for my son at 3:30. Arrived at 3:30, waited for 10 minutes for someone to come “greet” us. We waited for 40 minutes while our stylist proceeded to cut a guy’s hair. Then my son was taken back for a wash and was sat at a chair where he stayed for another 20 minutes waiting on this same gentleman to have his cut finished. This was not some super swanky cut.. Frustrated I went over to my son and told him it was time to go. The stylist said “it will only take me 30 minutes to cut his hair but you can go ahead and take him.”… Wow.. just wow. An hour in the salon for a sloppy wash and that’s how the owner treats people? We won’t be back and I’ll be sure to let others know to take their business elsewhere.

This was my first time having my hair styled here. The entire team was awesome! Lindsey styled, colored and added low-lights to my hair. She’s Awesome! While there, the team worked together harmoniously, meaning, Lindsey colored, Jamie-Lee another stylist helped her by shampooing and toning my hair, etc. I definitely recommend this salon! Thank you Lindsey for making this an awesome first time visit❤

First time at a salon and I could not be happier I chose this one! I had an appointment with Lindsey and she cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it while taking into account how I wanted to style it for work. The color was amazing too! She made it so natural so I wasn’t in shock for my first professional coloring. If you are doing research to find a salon that will give you exactly what you want, choose this one!

Jules at the newnan location is amazing!! She is very talented. I am so picky about my hair, and I have struggled to find a good salon in the Newnan/ptc area for a while… but I will definitely be making Shane Buffkin in Newnan my go-to place from now on with Jules as my stylist! My only caveat is that they need to update the website/Facebook page to include the Newnan location.. it took me a while to figure out if the new location was open/find the number.
