On 10.27 I went in and asked for box braids and didn’t not get what I asked for. Called and spoke to Cynthia a week in advance and asking several times if they could do so before service. My daughter got knotless box braids done 2 weeks prior so that is why I booked them. The blending of colors is great however the style is not what they told me they could do. I also have way to many braids and they are heavy. I am disappointed because I was under the impression they knew what I wanted but they did not. I was pressed for time and it was an afternoon appointment so I could not go anywhere else, if it was earlier I would have went somewhere else. With all the technology all of the braids shops need to watch YouTube to give the clients what they ask for so there is no room for error.

My second appointment with the owner of the shop was today and it was an amazing experience! She listens to you and works with you. Critical: QualityI got Senegalese twists and they were nice at first but a week after getting them done some of them are coming out along with my real hair. Too overpriced, too hot & too cramped, when I showed the young lady a picture of some twist I wanted & asked how much she’d charge me she asked me what they were. Excuse me but how you in the business of braiding hair but you don’t know what twist are??? Needless to say after I told her what they were & she told me $$220 I left. Can’t have someone doing my hair & they don’t know what their doing

My first time at this shop and I love my hair. When the stylist went to sip my ends in the water, the water wasn’t extremely hot where it irritated my help like most shops. I also love how neat the shop is , that’s a plus !! Hairstyling
