Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went there to attempt to have a bad haircut fixed. I had relatively low expectations due to the fact that my haircut from another salon was so awful. I mean it looked like a five year old had been playing with scissors! My bangs were way too short and it was very uneven. Well I don’t know how she did it, but Rachael is a hair genius! Somehow she took a bad cut and made it into one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while. To top it off, she is a truly nice person. I would have enjoyed talking to her independent of the salon. I went there to attempt to have a bad haircut fixed. I had relatively low expectations due to the fact that my haircut from another salon was so awful.
