There was a lot of things wrong with this place. Horrible experience. I asked for Almond shaped nails, but she said she was going to do squares, I was like “okay not the end of the world I guess.” And then she did not look to see if the nail sizes matched, which they don’t. She didn’t file the top of my nails so they aren’t even straight. She argued with me over the color of the nails. Two nails which were supposed to be the same color are two different colors. They didn’t turn out right and then everytime I tried to talk to her she ignored me because she was on the phone talking to someone else in another language the whole time. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and I will never be going back.

Rough, rude, hurried, and disinterested. The technician filed the skin around my nails as much as my actual nails. He left the nails jagged and not shaped properly. He added another layer of polish to the nails that had bumps in the polish instead of removing it, and painted all over the cuticles without removing that either. The woman who waxed my eyebrows was rough and left me sticky, but did a good job at least. Her son was blasting a gaming video on a laptop in the small cubicle the whole time. This was definitely not the experience or service I had hoped for. On the whole, it was a disappointment and I won’t be going back.
