Walked in for a mani/pedi today at approximately 2:40pm. Two employees were in the waiting area, talking, and no customers were present in the salon. I was told that there were only 3 people working today and it was suggested I return later. Maybe there were upcoming appointments. I’m not sure because I was so confused by being turned away from an empty establishment that I didn’t think to ask, and no explanation was offered. I would never turn away business while 3 employees sat idle. My mom went here while visiting me a few months ago and gave it rave reviews. I’m just super disappointed and figure there are too many salons in the area who would welcome appreciate all business with enthusiasm, so I wont be returning. Bizarre experience.

Well, my appointment was at 3:00 pm today. It is now 3:30 and I am just getting started with a pedicure. My daughter is getting a pedicure. They were late getting her started too, but they started hers @ 25 minutes ago. Her nail tech is very sweet and doing a good job, so not her fault.

Kristy always makes the customers feel welcome, while multi tasking and caring for the staff. She along with a couple others I’ve had do an excellent job with my French healthy nails (dip). Second worst mani pedi experience in my life.Lady rushed and did a “very” sloppy job…I had a hair on my nail…not mine…She got aggrevated with the fact that I told her about it…She then removed it with a major attitude-like it was my fault…She didn’t put clear coat on the bottom…Just rushed 2 coats of sloppily done color and a top coat then didn’t say a word to me after that… Painted skin and no even coats or straight lines…My whole nails aren’t even painted. I’m sorry I paid/tipped first.

Ken was awesome! I went in with a very specific idea of what I wanted (ombre toned toes and hands). This very detailed oriented man did an incredible job with doing exactly what I asked for, even though it was out of his comfort zone. Went above and beyond with charging out of this world prices.
