Place says walk in are welcome. As soon as I walked in there I did not feel welcomed. There was only one customer. I asked for waxing and was told no, that the worker already has an appointment, again place is empty besides the 1 customer who was getting a pedicure.Wasnt told to come back or an apology. Very rude customer service skills. I definitely will not be stopping by again. Highly disappointed

If I could give this place less than one star I absolutely would. The older lady was rude and was extremely rough the whole time. She also ripped the skin on my toe and made me bleed and proceeded to add chemicals on top which burned. They also overcharged me for services that were not listed on their price sheet. I will never recommend the salon to anyone nor will I ever be returning.

This is the second time we have gone here. The first time we had a decent experience and decided to give it a second chance. The older woman who works there was slightly rude. She must have cut one of my toes three or four times with the Dremel tool because she was rushing and was not focused on me as her client. When I asked her to fix something on one of my toes she seemed to be bothered by it and gave me an attitude. The amount of money you spend to get a pedicure ($45 plus tip) you should leave being happy with the results. I felt as though I was rushed in and out of there and they did a sloppy job. It was not a great experience. I will not be back.

Critical: ProfessionalismGO AT YOUR OWN RISK!Staff was friendly & did a FANTASTIC job on my mani / pedi. I would love to be a regular customer since I live right down the road. HOWEVER, a loud woman came in with her mask only on her chin and proceeded to talk & talk with nothing covering her mouth or nose.I said something discreetly to management after 40 minutes and they did not acknowledge my complaint despite their own sign in the window nor did the say anything to the selfish woman who continued to rattle on.Money is more important than your health at this salon so I will keep searching for one that is concerned about my well-being AND good nails!I am a Respiratory Therapist so I may be a little touchy with the “no maskers” (full disclosure ).Services: Manicure, PedicureGO AT YOUR OWN RISK!Staff was friendly & did a FANTASTIC job on my mani / pedi. Critical: ProfessionalismYou shouldn’t talk about people in your language! I’m not sure exactly what was being said but I know for a fact you were talking about me. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable! I ALWAYS tip more than 20%, I’m always very nice and respectful and you should do the same! People come to your establishment to feel better about themselves and what you did was the exact opposite!
