I purchased a Groupon for my wife for mothers day. I have called 3+ times leaving messages. Also have sent out an email. I have made sure to call during the short business hours. I have had zero response. Super unprofessional. I get it if you are busy, would be nice just for a response. Luckily I was able to trade in my voucher to go with a better place true therapeutics in Windsor.

I went to A Healing Power for a massage because of a continuous sharp pain in my back. Sandra, the massage therapist, was amazing. She found all my knots, worked them loose and now I can finally take a deep breath without hurting. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for pain relief with the added bonus of relaxation.

I can’t get this business to answer their darn phone. I get a disconnected message or line busy. I am not at all into trusting this kind of customer service and will be asking for a refund on my voucher or trade it for another business that I have had success with under Groupon. Sorry you all have to be so unprofessional with your customer service.
