Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner agreed to a specific date and time prior to perform the actual massage service. Unfortunately, the owner never followed up and was a no show. In good faith, I contacted the owner almost 2 hours prior to the appointment time to confirm and followed up afterwards to see why she didn’t honor the appointment. The owner agreed to a specific date and time prior to perform the actual massage service. Unfortunately, the owner never followed up and was a no show. In good faith, I contacted the owner almost 2 hours prior to the appointment time to confirm and followed up afterwards to see why she didn’t honor the appointment. It was disappointing first impression.

I call to check out what services they had and my boyfriend and I wanted to get a massage right away. We noticed they were open late so we call to check if we can get a massage at around 9pm to end our busy day and when I call the lady said when you know exactly what you want just call back. She didn’t even took the time to hear me out. I mentioned I needed a massage if they have availability right now and instead of her replying she said that to me and hung up. Very very rude.
