Please save your money. Do not go to this salon. From the second I walked in my whole experience was off. The owner basically tried to intimidate me into getting a color I didn’t want because what I wanted was “boring”. I was passed off to another girl to do the actual gel and while she was nice I don’t think she’s experienced. She did a thin layer of builder gel and then globbed a second coat on after the first one cured. My nails were lumpy and uneven, there were parts on either side that were completely missing gel. After she was done I was then passed back to the owner who started filing my nails and then passed off to a second girl who took over. I asked for my nails to be filed more as they were all different lengths and told her the actual color I wanted. I ended up with the nails pictured below. I don’t ask for anything crazy, just short, square, simple, clean looking nails.

Terrible experience. I’ve been getting my nails done for years..in another salon. Thought I’d try a new place. They obviously are inexperienced. Gel was lumpy, uneven. To top it off, 2 days later, one of my nails cracked and broke off. Should have went back for them to fix, but am totally disgusted and don’t even want to go back! And – they’re not cheap!

Totally unwelcoming environment. Employees are VERY demanding and aggressive. First you get told “wash your hands” when you walk in the door even if you’re only getting a pedicure, cuz ya know, covid. Then while getting your pedicure it’s “take your foot out, put your foot back” do this do that. Asked for a design and got 2 different size stickers on my toes & not put in the same place on each toe. Place was very good a couple years ago but won’t be back.

I wanted so badly to recommend this place. But the girl who did my pedicure, though very sweet, was clearly inexperienced and did not do a good job. The owner did my nails while taking frequent breaks for cigarettes. He badgered the woman who left before me to pay in cash and then did the same to me. I never have cash and found this very rude. I will not be going back here.

Critical: ProfessionalismWe came in for pedicures, and when choosing colors we were told we cannot pick from the wall with sets, because they were gel. I said isn’t the other bottle in the set regular polish though? And was told yes, but we cannot choose from that wall, the other colors are the same over there. The other wall had zero bright neons, old polish that was separated and would not blend back when shaken. We got the pedicures with polish colors we were not happy with. There was no reason to not let the customer choose a color they wanted. The technical aspect of the pedicures was ok, but one tech was rough, that is why it is not a one star review. But the unprofessionalism is why we won’t return.
