I went into the shop and met the owner Tracey. She seemed nice at first but kept complaining about all the things I wanted done to my hair done saying “we will be here all day doing your hair because your hair is too thick”. After all the complaints I decided not to go forward with her and she kept 210 dollars of my money and said no refunds on deposits because it’s on her website. I didn’t know she had a website because I went in the shop and nor did she tell me no refunds when she took my deposit. Tracey is a straight thief!!
