Worst massage I’ve had in years. I knew things where of to a bad start when the therapist I booked my massage with wasn’t the person who ended up giving me my massage. No message stating a change of therapist or perhaps an option to rebook. I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage and perhaps received 20 minutes total of deep pressure.

Great! First time visit. Location is ideal for us. Cherry was very professional & nice. She explained the difference between deep and Swedish messages with us. She even accommodated my short notice request for my wife’s appt. which was very helpful & much appreciated. My wife & I will be returning for couples message day soon! Recommended!!

My husband and I had a gift certificate for a couples deep tissue massage. It was so relaxing. I highly recommend. My massage therapist asked if there were any problem areas that he should focus on and what strength I was most comfortable with. It felt amazing and my neck and shoulders feel so much better. I’m so glad we got to experience it!

My wife and I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Have always had a great experience. Very clean,comfortable, and always relaxing. All of our massage therapist (especially Cherri) have been very attentive to our needs and any problem areas that we would like them to concentrate on. Easy to make an appointment with early and late times available, as well as on Saturdays. Good overall value and conveniently located in the heart of Richmond Hill. Highly recommend you give them a try and experience for yourself.

It was nice to be able to book an appointment online and prepay (reason for the 2 stars). I went the first time and got the relaxation massage. When I arrived, the therapist, Cherry, explained that it wasn’t much of a “deep tissue” and I was ok with that. The massage as a whole was good. There was a point in the massage that the phone rang several times and you could hear it through the walls. At another point, it seemed like linens were being washed and the washing machine became off balanced. It sounded like the washing machine was going to walk into the room with us. So that definitely wasn’t the relaxing part of the massage. When it came time for your feet to be massaged, not much time was spent on that part. Maybe 30 seconds each foot, tops. Cherry only massaged my feet through the sheet; which I found awkward. Most massages I’ve had, my actual feet were massaged and not through a sheet.

I’m new to the area and was dealing with a really painful shoulder and neck and gave 77 Chi Massage a try after driving by their location for weeks. Absolutely amazing. Bill was my massage therapist and I got a deep tissue massage. He was very professional and I walked out feeling so much better than when I came in. I can actually breathe and move without hurting. He knew exactly where to put the pressure and how much. I will definitely be back again. Front desk staff was also amazing, offering water when I came in, and had a glass waiting for me to hydrate when I was finished. Great pricing. Thanks for the great service!
