Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBought a gift certificate for Xmas for a friend. 2 days later what was supposed to be shellack nail polish peeled. Since they close at 5 and we couldn’t get there on time I asked for credit and was flately denied. The staff here is very rude & unprofessional. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDONT GO HERE!!! They will tell what they can do when you show them a picture but your nails will be a disappointment. The unlicensed techs have their pictures over other licensed techs pictures and the staff include a couple of juveniles who also are not licensed. The polish is old and clunky and they still use it. After i pointed out to the unlicensed tech that my nails were not straight they started filing until my nail beds now have no curve they are now flat. When i started to tell them that the nails are not like i wanted them they made me pay upfront as if i was not going to pay for services. As the person in charge started to explain how the rep is his student and how he trained them he’s still trying to correct the problem at the same time telling me there is nothing wrong which at that point they are rushing me out of the door. I will never darken their door nor will i EVER recommend them. I know this review may not mean much but just wait until your turn in that same chair and from the reviews im not the only one that had a horrible experience. I feel disrespected because in the middle of doing my nails WRONG they demanded payment in front if other customers who were sitting there. If i could give them 0 stars i would. No respect.
