I have to praise Missy for the wonderful job she did to my hair. She took me from a complete total bleached blonde to this beautiful color and I love it it is awesome she is the bomb. I recommend if you’re doing anything with your hair to go see Missy she is wonderful and not to mention super super nice Haircut, Hair coloring

Very unhappy with the services and felt like there was little to no attempt at communication. I’ve never been to a stylist before where I felt like I should have brought in a diagram/blueprint instead of some photos and expecting a back and forth collaboration – and I did try to open dialogue about the design twice during the cut when it wasn’t looking anything like I wanted. Didn’t explain what she did, didn’t show me the back, asked me if I wanted a water but didn’t ask me what I didn’t like (and yes, by the end, though never rude, you’d have to be captain oblivious to know I was not pleased with the result). Two stars for the ease of scheduling, cleanliness of salon, and the helpfulness of their website.

She was very thorough in the process of highlighting and cutting my hair. Super personable and very professional. She asked what I was looking to do and after showing her pictures and what I had currently on my hair, she gave her recommendations and then communicated effectively what it was that she would be doing. I felt like a priority and they go so far as to let you know if they’re running behind. I was VERY IMPRESSED and will most definitely be returning.
