I purchased a groupon for a gel mani and basic pedi. It took a couple days to reach some one. I even left a voice mail and no call back. I was greeted when I came in and waited only a couple minutes while the young lady set up. The shop lacked character and wasn’t really inviting. My mani was ok. She was a little rough on my hands. My nails looked awesome in the end. The pedi was just ok. I would have liked a little more product to be used as I work on my feet and just to give a little more love to my feet. There was no dryer for my feet. I was told to turn the air on in my car so my toes can dry. That’s new for me. With some remodeling, better customer care when calling to make an appointment, and getting a dryer for toes to dry this place does have potential.

SHADY GROUPON SCAM SHOP: I YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THIS IS THE SALON FOR YOU!! They charge $40 for a groupon then ask for a credit card when you book an appt. First they say they can’t accept the groupon within 24 hours of purchase. Then they say you booked a 2nd appt but didn’t leave a card number so it was cancelled. Then they say if you miss your appt your card is charged $25, but after I break my neck to make my 3rd appt time they nail tech was’nt in. Where is my $25 for a missed appt? Groupon won’t exchange vouchers from this suspect salon.

This company has no website or online booking. It took one WEEK to contact someone by phone. When they called back I was driving and could not provide a credit card. They agreed to hold the appointment until I could call back. Calling back no answer. Voicemail is always full. Finally I get through today and they tell me my appointment is canceled and they have no availability. Mind you, I ALREADY PAID for the appt via Groupon. UNPROFESSIONAL and disorganized. The reviews are good for the actual service but what is the point of they can’t effectively handle customer service or even clear thier voice mail? Do not buy a Groupon for this company unless you have weeks of time to wait to redeem it.

My nail tech was very professional and did a good job on my manipedi. They provide service by appointment only and they discourage walk ins. The only downside is that getting through my take a couple of days because their voice mail is always full and they do not always answer the phone in a timely fashion.
