At the end of March I called for them to cancel my membership. The lady told me she would get it cancelled. I have now been charged for three months and they will no longer answer my phone call. I would go into the store to talk to someone but since the end of March I have been working nights so am sleeping during their business hours. Highly don’t recommend going here.

Critical: Quality, ValueI purchased a dark dark spray tan two days ago. After letting the tan process it was still incredibly light. I noticed the small “tan” literally flaking off and becoming super patchy. When I called they said they would talk to the manager. I received a call back from an employee (not the manager) asking if I showered and basically blaming it on the fact that I hadn’t yet. The manager said that this “doesn’t happen” from their spray tan. Well I showered and it looks even worse. The girls working at the desk were incredibly sweet and helpful. The manager was not. 19.50 for a lotion package is crazy! Beds are nice! Service is usually good. She did mention corporate yelled at them for selling more then one sample cup per month to customers. I guess seems weird they would turn away business. I tried the lotion one time but wasn’t sure I loved it and wanted to try again before I spend over 100.00 on a bottle. I ended up not buying the bottle, another sample, or packet.

I live in Richfield and this is a bit of a hike for me to just drive to go tanning but the customer service here is worth it! Maddie always is so knowledgeable and super friendly when I come in! She always suggests what type of beds I should use and is able to answer any questions that I have. I only come tan during the cold months of the year and this location is the spot! Please let Maddie know what a great job she’s doing and how she’s representing the company well! 🙂
