5 Star Nails and Spa holds up to their name! We (4) went for pedicures and manicures with special design requests for a wedding. They were able to cater to all of our requests kindly and with ease! Along with seat us all next to each other. They are talented, kind, and understanding. We will definitely be back! The owner seemed nice. NO other customers were in there. I should have taken note. Painful pedicure! In the 30 years I’ve been getting regular manicures & pedicures. I’ve NEVER been burned multiple times by the drill, removing gel polish. Or had cut cuticles on my toes. Bleeding? My toe nails weren’t even cut? Just filed jagged. I was cut multiple times when getting my manicure also. No apologies, the woman doing my pedicure then fingernails kept laughing? I was the only person in there, On a Saturday? I should’ve known better. I’ve been lucky in all salons before here. I was so shocked I just paid & left. Beware, if you choose to go here.

Poor experience. Went in for a double mani pedi. They put us in the pedicure chairs and started. Everything was fine but they finished my friends toes and walked away. She finally asked if they were going to do her nails. They looked at her as if this was the first time hearing that. The girl was supposed to put spiderweb on my toes. She did one for the big toe and that was it. It didn’t even look very good. When she did my nails she did a French manicure and didn’t do the design that I was wanting. The other girl had to fix her mistake. In the end they turned out fine it was just a lot of miscommunication. And I was charged an insane amount. Never again will I go back there.

I just came in to get a fill, I asked her to push the cuticles back and she said she couldn’t. I asked why and she said she wouldn’t do it for me. So I asked if I could use the cuticles pusher to do it myself. She sat and watched me do it after tossing the pusher at me. When I finished I said asked if we could now cut the cuticles. She told me no and that she would charge me 15$ even though I just did the pushing myself! And then with no more explanation she told me to get out! So now I just left with files down and but nails that’s aren’t done!

Visited on 08/22/2022- never again! My pedicure was a painful and excruciating experience.The nail technician vigorously trimmed my toenails and kept digging into the nail bed despite letting her know I was in pain. Now 24 hours later the outside of my toe is red swollen and inflamed. Not worth the $50.00. Pedicure
