@Hamilton Location: My sister was visiting from Delaware wanted to get her nails done. One of the nail techs removed old polish, then decided to let her know of an additional charge afterwards. My recent visit: one of the techs never looked at me or held a conversation while providing service-Appeared to be very rude along with my credit card having an extra charge on it after I left- may be an unauthorized tip ? Another visit: I was skipped over sitting side by side a caucasian customer that came in after me with no appointment-she was served 1st while I waited another 15 minutes. She even apologized because it was so obvious.

Everyone there is very nice, probably my favorite place to get nails done in town. My only complaint is that they rush to get you in and out. The past couple of times it has felt that way. My friend was done with both her manicure and pedicure before my pedicure was even done and I still had to get my manicure done.

Critical: QualityService was great at the time. Got a pedicure and shellac (which is what they recommended). It’s been 3 days since the pedicure and two of my nails have no polish left on them as the shellac came completely off. Not worth what I spent. Was hoping they would look nice for a couple weeks. I can paint my nails myself and it lasts longer.
