This is my most fav nail salon in Sioux City. I’ve been to a lot of them here, but I always go back to this one. They’re friendly, clean, and quick to get you in. Also they do fantastic work!

I had a great experience while I was here. I walked in at 6:45 on a Monday night and was seated right away and the pedicure started pretty quickly. I got a pretty basic one from what I can tell and Tammy did a great job! I have pretty ugly feet and toes and she just did her thing while making me feel relaxed. it felt so good, I might try to go every week! I don’t have much experience with pedicures but I spend 50 bucks and that was with a generous tip!! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is because another couple came in after me and was offered a beverage. I was never offered that.

I’ve never had a bad experience before today, but wow it was bad. The guy dug and dug at my feet like they were personally offending him, and when I said that it hurt, said “yeah sure” and kept doing it. Then he proceeded to call me a derogatory term for a fat person at least three times. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. Also all of my polish fell off.

5 Star nails and spa gets 5 stars from me.!! do is amazing. He’s the only one in Iowa I will let touch my nails. Been a faithful customer for 4 years. Technicians are all really polite.

I was seated automatically. Wasn’t asked about nail color and nails are cute and all but could have been more time spent as there’s mistakes. Wasn’t asked about how I wanted style to be such as squared regular almond shaped nothing. Asked if I could get something for mothers day and was shown ombre nails and the one I liked was done but not 100% way I wanted. More like 2% of what I wanted. Not reccomend much but if u want a in n out service this is the place.

I want to let you know that I came in for a pdei and i was in the chair 10 min they were done . My feet were not scrubbed my nails got clipped I had to tell them to do my cuticles was not offered a drink had to tell them over and over how to do my nails I paid $25 for something my daughter could have done for me at home. I’m not satisfied with your services and will never come back or refer your services to anyone and the same thing happened to the friend I brought in with me . Absolutely outrageous. Couldn’t even do the clear coat correctly

Critical: QualityThis wasn’t even 1 star. I walked in for a mani plus gel the man took me to his seat immediately and started filing my nails. Didn’t say hi or offer me water nothing. He acted like he was pushing my cuticles back and cutting them he went so fast ans He did this about 3x. Then he applied the gel it’s was the worst job I’ve ever had at the end of it all my nails had sections where there was no color, dents, the gel was coming up and almost looked like it was coming off. I told him and he filed 1 nail and fixed it. I had no more patience to sit there I just wanted to leave. The hand message was even painful. This place just wants people in and out to make money. The quality is horrible, the workers won’t even talk to you, and to top it off the total was $28 when he seen my gift card he charged me $30. The first day with them the top coat is peeling off, I had the dip on my skin, and my thumb nail cracked and a piece broke off. I’ve always came for the pedicures because they have always been great. The first day with them the top coat is peeling off, I had the dip on my skin, and my thumb nail cracked and a piece broke off. I’ve always came for the pedicures because they have always been great.
