Critical: ProfessionalismI wasn’t going to say anything bad on this business, but after being charged $96, 4 months after my appointment, I have to speak up. I was so excited to go from my darker red/brown hair to a bright and natural red. When I called they were polite, and got me in fast. I showed up and showed the stylist the picture below and told her what I wished. I understand that hair is not one and done so I explained to her that I understood if this was going to take more than one go around. Everything was fine until she got done and turned me around in the chair. I’m not a confrontational person to I thanked her for my hair and told her I liked that she gave me a change (like a polite person would do). After a couple days to calm down, contacted her and told her my thoughts. I explained how disappointed I was that my hair was blonde, PINK, and brown, instead of an all around red. Her response was “in my opinion, your hair shouldn’t be all one color”. She told me she could stay after close to try to do something, but I was beyond frustrated. I did not show up for our next appointment (I got my hair fixed somewhere else) and told her how upset I was at not only my hair but also her responses, 4 months later $96 charge. I wasn’t going to say anything bad on this business, but after being charged $96, 4 months after my appointment, I have to speak up. I was so excited to go from my darker red/brown hair to a bright and natural red. When I called they were polite, and got me in fast.
