Horrible service, rushing to nails, REFUSED to give me a receipt because I used cash instead of a card, forcing me to get other services after I made it very clear I only wanted to come in for a regular spa pedicure, staff is RUDE! & also talk about you in their language. Wont be returning & I don’t recommend this place at all !!!!!!!!!!

I like that this place is way cleaner than the other nail places around perth amboy. I usually only do my feet here due to their hygienic practices. This past weekend I decided to have my full acrylic set done here. When I arrived I was told by a guy to have a seat in one of the nail chairs and wait.. Which I did. 20 min in to my wait I hear a loud shreak and an unintelligeble squaking. I turned around and was shocked to find out that I was being yelled at by the guy who asked me to wait .. He was trying to let me know that it was my turn to get my nails done. I was really shocked that he thought it normal to yell and shreak like a banchee at someone. Turns out the lady that would be doing my nails wasnt even ready. I dont know what this was about but I found this GHETTO and unprofessional. I even asked him what was the point of yelling if the lady wasnt even ready? He tried to soothe it over by saying my friend a lot . The lady that did my nails came off as money hungry and wanted to nickle and dyme me becuase I wanted to use three different colors. And she started to rush towards the end of my nails because she had other clients waiting. I also noticed that the yelling guy was also screaming at other customers like he was on a slave plantation. I have to def think about going back here. The lady that did my nails made one of my nails crooked as well.

Nail designs aren’t their strong suit. But my nails last me 3-4 weeks. Other places gave nice designs but my nails last 1-2 weeks max .

After going here for a few years I can say the experience is very good. The prices are good which was my original reason for going here. However, I find the staff to be pleasant and engaging. I never have a problem with lifting of my nails unless I wait too long to go back. I’m not a creative person but I appreciate originality. They are usually able to come up with designs for me based on my colors even using free hand drawing. The color scale is a little limited but they small.

I went to get my nails done and the nail polish remover and nail polish they used to paint my nails were old and in 2 day’s my nails were messup. They wanted to charge me 50 dollars .i am not going to them again.

It would be much better if the staff wasn’t rude and spoke about ppl right in front their face. The funny part is you never know who speaks your LANGUAGE. SECONDLY, they don’t do a consistently good job you go to one person get a good job done go back to that same person and then it’s like s***. No Integrity no consistency no loyalty to or for their customers . I would not support their business ever again nor am I going back there to spend my hard-earned money. EVER.

It’s definitely cleaner than other nail salons in the area and it didn’t have the “herd” feel from other salons. The staff was courteous but they use Dremmel for regular manicures and pedicures, which I dislike. They also rushed through the polishing, even omitting a top coat for someone in our party. The prices are good, if that’s you’re game changer.
