Went here to get acrylic nails soaked off and get a manicure. Nail lady refused to soak them off bc she said it would take an hour(keep in mind it doesn’t take that long, I’ve gotten my nails done for years). She wanted to use a nail tip to take them off, which would’ve just caused more damage to the nail bed. There wasn’t even any customers waiting, she was just being lazy.

I have never been so disappointed in how my nails turn out I Literally wanted to leave before they were even done never again will I return. I use come here all the time it has changed and you can’t even tell them how you want them or if they can fix something you doesn’t like because they get upset I absolutely hate my nails I took them off the same day.

Just leaving this nail salon and I hate everything about my nails if I could give them a no star I would. I asked for an ombré nails and he left me the nails very thick from the bottom he was to busy looking at his computer rather than working on my nails, also he did not give me what I asked and for 35$ he could of had done a better job! Would never come back to this place and I honestly think that they can’t get any better at nails. Very disappointed!!

Worst place to get your nails done! I was a loyal customer for 3 years and always went with Michelle because she always took well care of me and my need when it came to taking care of my nails until she had to leave out of the country for family purposes. I still continued to go until Helen’s husband decided to yank my acrylic nail off tearing my actual nail bed off and made it bleed. He still continued to file and put a new set even after i asked if that was even sanitary!! I stopped going after that until today when I needed to remove my acrylic nails again and just get shellac. I told Helen I wanted my nails soaked and to not yank them off but like always, these people do what they want !!! She insisted first not to take my nails off and wanted to do a refill and then continued to yank until i had to get up and leave !! Who does that ?! Don’t waste your money because these people will not what you ask and then they will want to over charge you and expect for you to pay cash. Smh

So disappointed in this place. Came in to get a pedi and full set after waiting over an hour after my pedi to get my nails done I realized 3 people went ahead of me. Then someone just came and ripped the toe dividers off of my feet to reuse them! It was disgusting. Definitely not going back.

If you want to wait 2+ hours, have your nails hurting, have air bubbles or fat acrylic I suggest you come here. Oh and don’t forget, you are told to take off your old set of polish, shellac, or acrylic nails to have your nails redone At the end, they even put some liquid on your nail that causes it to burn! Talk about a good ass rating. Pshhh. Waste your money here..

The wait is 3 hours. Helen has a bad attitude and they always cut your cuticles and drill too deep. They do good nails that’s why i gave 3 stars.
