Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI canceled my 50th Birthday trip short because I wanted my hair done for my 50th Birthday celebration. I Got to my appt day and time only for her to claim I had no appt. until I showed her the text, where she set it and confirmed it. I even offered her a deposit. She said no.. she was doing someone else hair when I got there. I had even called earlier to confirm my appt. She didn’t even bother returning my call. I thought this was a good place because of the reviews but no matter how good u braid. Customer service matters. Now my hair is a hot mess the day before I turn 50. I’m so angry. Don’t do business here if u want good service go anywhere ELSE! I canceled my 50th Birthday trip short because I wanted my hair done for my 50th Birthday celebration. I Got to my appt day and time only for her to claim I had no appt. until I showed her the text, where she set it and confirmed it. I even offered her a deposit.
