Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality315 Beauty Bar is a wonderful salon with so many talented stylists. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. You see a wide range of clients who all leave looking confident and refreshed. Amanda is an amazing stylist and shop owner. You can see and feel her personal touch. Speaking of which, she gives a heck of a scalp massage when it’s time to rinse! So relaxing. My hair has never looked or felt better and I recieve complements all the time. She is realistic about what you can achieve with your hair and gets you there! I follow most of the stylist on Instagram and all of their work is stunning. Talk about hair envy. 315 Beauty Bar is a wonderful salon with so many talented stylists. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. You see a wide range of clients who all leave looking confident and refreshed. Amanda is an amazing stylist and shop owner. You can see and feel her personal touch. Speaking of which, she gives a heck of a scalp massage when it’s time to rinse! So relaxing. Critical: QualityI was holding off on writing this bad review as I had verbalized my disappointment to the stylist and the owner and was giving them a chance to reach out to me My experience at 315 Beauty Bar is as follows- the salon is clean, my appointment was on time and my stylist was super friendly. Off to a great start… I showed the stylist a picture of both the cut and color I wanted. The highlighting was a long process and the outcome is fair. It is not what I asked for. I also feel a glaze was used(without asking) because the blond highlights were over processed. My real issue was the cut. It may have somewhat resembled the style I asked for but it was lopsided. I went for a total repair today and was told one side was 1/2 longer and not anywhere near as texturized as other. I believe the stylist knew this as she was frantically cutting that side at the end of cut. I am not sure if my hair was left this way because we were out of time(next appointment was already waiting). This was a $260 appointment with a $60 gratuity. As I said, I verbalized my disappointment to the stylist upon completion of appointment. I am not one to cause a scene so I paid my bill and figured I would be happier once I rewashed and styled. I then was in the sunlight and had a chance to look closely at color snd cut. I went back inside and attempted to speak with owner. I was told my hair looked great. I was holding off on writing this bad review as I had verbalized my disappointment to the stylist and the owner and was giving them a chance to reach out to me My experience at 315 Beauty Bar is as follows- the salon is clean, my appointment was on time and my stylist was super friendly. Even before the pandemic everything was kept in pristine condition. I have been with my stylist for over 9 years now but all the stylist there are amazing in their own specialties! I love sitting while my color is processing watching everyone in there loving their jobs and what they do, working together as a team. I’ve been with 315 since they first opened & I can not rave about them enough! Even before the pandemic everything was kept in pristine condition. I have been with my stylist for over 9 years now but all the stylist there are amazing in their own specialties! I love sitting while my color is processing watching everyone in there loving their jobs and what they do, working together as a team. They really have created the most warm, caring, and safe environment for their clients!

You definitely feel like you’re getting the luxury experience every time you come here. Julie Marie is a huge asset to this salon. I have been with her for a few years now and have followed her when she moved into this salon. I went to her originally as a stranger looking to bring my nearly black hair back closer to my more natural blonde. She cleared her day for me, a total stranger, and made it happen and took such good care of me and my hair. I’ve received nothing but compliments on my hair since I’ve been seeing her and I always am super excited to return for my next service. She is so kind, trustworthy, and she’s a master at what she does. She’s more than just my hair stylist- she has become my friend. I do see Julie Marie, and I really like that I can tell her what I am looking for (from keeping it safe to going a little more crazy than the usual) and I know she’s got my back! well.. my hair – but for my last cut we went a little more that just the usual safe haircut and added in all the layers and textures and I’m obsessed!
