She was super nice and really knew the best way to cut my hair, which left me super impressed. She took the time to ask all kinds of questions about my hair and how I wear it and she ensured it would look good both in a ponytail and also just down. No one has ever done that before when I previously had it cut. I am so appreciative of her attention to detail, even when my hairstyle is really simple.
