I went in wanting just a touch up on my roots and get rid of the gray. Understand my hair was dirty blond, I walked out with almost black hair. As soon as I saw the color when he blew it dry I told him it was awful and I hated it he snickered and told me it would lighten up. How does anyone do that to a client? I don’t know if he just don’t know how to mix and match hair colors or he just blatantly and willfully disregarded my directions and picked a color to ruin my appearance. It wasn’t until after I wrote a review he sent a message for me to make an appointment and he would lighten it up. UM NO WAY would I let a person who did that bad a job ever touch my hair again. Today I went to Oasis in the Dulles Mall and they welcomed me with understanding and sympathy. Walid there did a great job restoring my color. IF this review would let me I would give 2Sun Salon a negative star.
