I’ve lived in Juneau for two years. Hands down, 1st Impressions Hair Salon is THE best place I have gotten my haircut while living here! The view, all on its own, is worth making this “THE PLACE” to get ones hair done Beyond that, the hairstylists are personable, respectful, professional, and talented. Brittany Catt washed, cut, and styled my hair and I plan to go back to her when my hair next needs tending to. I was a “walk-in” during this, my first visit; however, I did call ahead to see if there would be availabiliy to be seen once I arrived. First Impressions lived up to its name and did nothing but give me the best of impressions. I left feeling rested, uplifted, confidant, and ready to face the world head on with a smile. That’s how all good haircuts and experiences should leave one feeling, right!?! May my hair grow fast so I can get another haircut soon!

I gave 4 stars because the level of professionalism is not %100 there. Although the hair cuts are great, Brandi is definitely my go to girl from now on. She knows what would look good as a stylist! She also gave me plenty of hair tips for the winter, and while washing my hair she took more time to clean my hair and scalp. I appreciate her thoughtfulness. All in all I recommend this salon!

I’ve been a customer here for years. Every one is friendly and the location is beautiful! I’ve never once seen someone leave less than thrilled with their new look- I most definitely feel like a whole new me every time! Brandi Campbell is my personal favorite but I’d trust any of their stylists with my hair. Their product selection is great and their knowledge and experience is the best in town!
