Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWas quite shocked at my experience last night at 13 nails. I made an appointment 6 hours ahead of time for me and my 6 year old daughter to get pedicures, it was her first time and a special thing for her. We got there 5 minutes early, our appointment being at 5;00 pm, we were not greeted once any an adult, instead by a 9 year old girl, who was sweet but I felt bad for. She was clearly overwhelmed and not “helping” she was working, a lot. At 5:45, almost an hour past our appt time they finally got us in chairs…. just to have had the 9 year old fill up the foot baths and not know how to turn them off, with her mom yelling at her.I would have left but again this was exciting for my daughter and didn’t want to break her heart. We waited almost an hour to start our services just to find out the *boy who is doing my nails is NOT EVEN A LEGAL ADULT OR LICENSED NAIL TECH. He is 17 years old with no license, and mentioned underage drinking multiple times in front of me and my 6 year old daughter. Extremely unprofessional, and disgusting. Was quite shocked to be honest…. I’ve been here before covid and was extremely disappointed by the experience we got. It was far from relaxing and extremely concerning. I made an appointment 6 hours ahead of time for me and my 6 year old daughter to get pedicures, it was her first time and a special thing for her.
