I don’t easily give 5 stars to many but these are well earned. Lorraine did a wonderful job of confirming my appointment on the Monday prior to my appointment. When their was going to be a delay with the customer before me she informed me in ample time so I would be aware of the delay and not be upset about the wait. Little does she know it’s not that serious. Those types of things happen. I appreciated this because she was considerate of my time as well as not “so” harsh to cancel the young lady before me. Some stylist have gotten so Hollywood that they don’t invest in their relationships with customers for longevity, but I digress. My hair was exactly how I wanted it. I get compliments wherever I go. I’m thankful and will be back!

Great salon high end talented stylists experts at their craft. My stylists Mr Perry was exquisite professional and clearly explained every step of my hair care experience. Mostly he took the time to squeeze me in on a day I desperately needed. He called me and walked me through getting signed in. He reassured me that I would be taken care of and pleased with the results. I was better than pleased. Thank you Mr. Perry.

Very unhappy with my hair. I booked a service with the owner. Before the service I booked an consultation and went over what I wanted. Before the service I went over it again. Now my hair cut and color was cute but not what I asked for. I paid for the consultation and a deposit. Not sure any of the went towards the service at all. I ended up paying over $600 to have to get my hair cut the next day.

Tynisha is Fabulous!! She handle me with TLC – I booked an appointment for a shampoo and deep condition. Upon arrival everyone greeted me with a warm and inviting vibe, made me feel right at home. Ladies Tynisha’s salon is simply beautiful- the decor, accents and embellishments are straight out of Cosmopolitan magazine. Tynisha recommended that I have a strengthening treatment after speaking with her about my excessive shedding. Her hands were very gentle and calming while shampooing , she gave me the royal treatment by listening to my concerns, recommending treatments, products and hair goals. I would give a billion stars if I could!! Treat yourself to Tynisha’s expertise and soothing hands and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Tynisha at 11:11 salon since February and trusting her with my hair has resulted in not only some cool funky styles but I always get compliments when I’m out as well. She’s very sweet and her disposition is always kind. From the moment you walk in the space you’ll notice how modern and open it is so you don’t feel cramped or on top of everyone like at some other salons.
