Critical: ProfessionalismI ended up here on accident. I was looking for the massage studio on the opposite side of the road. I realized after I told her what I would like and the price was different than what I was told over the phone. The woman became upset and I thought it was from my confusion. I said I would go to the other location and apologized and went to leave. I figured I might as well stay since I was already there and I told her this and she shooed me away. I asked if I could have the massage there and she was becoming more upset. After she said oh my god to my question I left. There was no one else there. I went to the business on the opposite side of the road and they were packed. Understandably so because they were professional and did a great job. Everyone leaving was happy. I ended up here on accident. I was looking for the massage studio on the opposite side of the road. I realized after I told her what I would like and the price was different than what I was told over the phone. The woman became upset and I thought it was from my confusion. I said I would go to the other location and apologized and went to leave. I figured I might as well stay since I was already there and I told her this and she shooed me away.
