The lady in the front I believe her name is Helen, is so rude for no reason. I went in and all I asked was for her to fix my nails that are not even 3 days old. You can clearly see the acrylic on my skin.. she started yelling and telling me I wasn’t going to tell her how to do her job in front of everyone.. Please do better and work on your customer service. I paid and tipped her for her work so I expect her to at least be respectful and just do what I paid for..

Wow!!! Moved close by and figured I’d treat myself. Although a bit pricy for me as I’m a college student I’ve never been happier. The manager, Helen, did my nails and I’m so beyond happy with the service she provided as well as the other staff. Clean, friendly and an amazing experience. The nails are the best I have ever had! I will surely come back! Highly recommend !!!!!

I went in for a fill with my daughter who got a full set. I just recently starting getting my nails done. The place I went for my full set was rude so I decided to try this place. My daughter’s full set was 50. Which I feel is reasonable. I was charged 88 for a fill…. never again. Regardless of how good they look 88 for a fill is ridiculous

NEVER GO HERE. They rush and don’t do what you ask. I just got acrylics and i asked for coffin shape and she did rectangles. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. They are lopsided and messy. There are chunks of glue all around my nail. She missed spots and it looks disgusting. They are extremely overpriced and there are so many better options nearby where they actually care about their clients. It’s ridiculous.

My friend and I went searching for a nail spa to get a pedicure and a gel set late Sunday night. We went to our usual place first, but they were closed! So we started driving, and passed Zing. We looked them up to see when they closed and it said 30 minutes. We though we would give them a call to see if they would take us, and they said of course! At that time, we had decided to just get a pedicure. They got us right in, and we got a spa pedicure, IT WAS AMAZING! The massage was wonderful and they were very nice! During our conversation, she had asked where were from, and we had told her our story, and she said she would of course do our nails as well! She ended up staying almost 2 hours past closing to do our nails, and they came out great! I would definitely come back here again, and definitely recommend them! They are a little far from me, but they are now going to be my nail spa 🙂 Thanks Zing!
