Clean,friendly and looked professional. Nicole did a great job on my daughter’s hair as she got a purple and teal pickaboo and was so cute the 1st day. Update so I had to go back just 3 days later as 80% of my daughter’s hair color came out on the 1st wash. Went back to get it fixed and looked nothing like it did before and it was a total disaster afterwards. It doesn’t even look like the same hair at all. Very disappointed. Good for cuts but not at all for colors. Went back twice in 1 day to get it fixed as she did opposite to fix it than what she said it cost me extra $40 for recolor and made it 10 times worst and rushed through. Same hair 4 days apart. Unbelievable

Very nice hair salon! Very clean, smells great upon walking in, and looks like they remodeled recently as well. The receptionist was quite friendly when I first walked in for my appointment. My hairdresser, Faith, was superb and knew what I wanted for styling before I was even done describing it! Faith also does very nice hair color work and showed me pictures of some examples while I was there. I didn’t know hair could look like that! Overall I would highly recommend this salon and it’s worth every penny.

This salon and spa is a beautiful relaxing place to get your hair done and also enjoy some services for your face! Newly remolded and very clean, this salon is also very affordable and will work with you if you have a budget! Very friendly and kind stylists. The owner is also very caring and gives back to the Ashland Community anytime she can!

Friendly staff. She made sure I was ok with how much she had to cut off to get all of the split ends. I don’t get my hair trimmed like I should so she had to take a decent amount. She was also able to help my daughter figure out what she wanted, which isn’t easy. The prices were great too. This will be my new salon.

The personal touches from the greeting at the door to a goody bag when I left to a hand-written thank you note mailed out afterward were so appreciated and made my first cut and style at Z’s extra memorable! I also very much appreciated the responsiveness of their scheduling online and text reminder about my appointment. I’m really pleased with my cut and look forward to being a regular.
